防火门窗-支臂液压-温电双控-电磁释放闭门器（断电式）
 
防火门窗-温电双控-断电式-电磁释放闭门器，又叫电动闭门器、消防联动闭门器。它是一种无须普通闭门器搭配使用的，仅依靠自身液压缓冲功能来关闭门窗的闭门器。在平时，该电动闭门器是有源的（即通电状态），需长期直流DC24V供电（防火门窗是常开状态），接通电源后首次充电15秒内红灯亮起, 期间耗电7mA，之后耗电0.01mA几乎不消耗主机电流，当火灾发生时，该电磁释放闭门器接收消防联动系统控制信号（断电状态）或温度达到68±5℃时立即断电释放，自行关闭防火门窗，并提供反馈信号给控制室，人们也可以现场手动释放关闭防火门窗（常闭状态）。该断电释放关门模式是更加符合国家消防新标准要求。

(1)、该液压缓冲电动闭门器、消防联动闭门器、电磁释放闭门器可用于商场、超市、酒店、写字楼、医院、学校、娱乐场所等人流较大或者使用频繁的公共场所（疏散走道、楼梯间、前室）。
 
(2)、安装方便，在30-180º内可任意手动开关防火门窗。该电磁释放闭门器适用于左门窗或右门窗，即左右通用。
 
(3)、该液压缓冲电动闭门器、消防联动闭门器、电磁释放闭门器适用各种材质的防火门窗：钢质防火门窗，木质防火门窗，不锈钢防火门窗，玻璃防火门窗。
 
(4)、平时有源（耗电极小，不占用消防电源），断电或达到68±5℃温度时自动释放关闭门窗。人们可以现场手动释放。关闭力矩30N.M。

 
综述：该通电型电磁释放闭门器是特别适合于大型新建项目，平时不抢占消防电源，后期使用无功耗；改造项目可直接并入防排烟系统、警铃、应急照明系统，布线成本极低。

The temperature and electricity double control, power-off type, electromagnetic release door closer is a door closer which only needs to rely on its own hydraulic buffering function to close door without using common door closer. At ordinary times, the electromagnetic release door closer is connected with the fire control system, the long-term DC 24V power supply (keep power state), the fire door or window is kept openning, the first charge for 15 seconds after the power supply, power consumption is 7mA, the red light come on, then the power consumption is 0.01mA, almost no consumption of the main current.
 When the fire occurs, the fire fighting linkage control center sends a signal (power off state),or the temperature is 68ºC±5 ºC, the door closer is released, the fire door or window is closed automatically, and provide feedback signal to control room. People can also manually release the door closer to close the fire door or window (that is, kept closed state).
The closing door or window mode after power off to release is more in line with new national fire standard requirements.
